Hi members, I will share how to improve dribbling skills.
1: Never put your body weight in free foot(which does not have ball) 2: Never increase your speed more than ball always keep it slow and follow the ball. 3 :Practise your body balance by standing in one leg for atleast 15 mins. 4: Keep on dribbling ball first slowly then fast and again and again like this. 5: Try to run zig-zag and practise whole day or better join football academy.
